Home Remedy for Cough
The weather is changing and our body face the change with
courage. However, there are days when our body just don't cooperate with what
we hope for.
This is a very common problem in most of us. When the season
switched from one to another quarter, we have to deal with getting something. It
could be cough, cold, allergies and other things we do not want to go through,
especially when the holiday season is getting closer. Usually it starts with a
sore throat, and then escalate to cough, dry cough and on and on. We try to
avoid getting sick because we want to enjoy the merry HOHOHO and the joys of
spending time with family and friends who are dear to us.
Here's a home remedy that is easy for the budget and relieves
cough. You can generally find the ingredients at home. If you love spicy food,
cayenne pepper is the best. Ginger is also food for digestion. Honey? Did I say
honey? Yes, honey is one of my fave for my sweet tooth. How about some apple
cider vinegar for dandruff? Very effective! And last but not the least is
water. Am sure you drink water everyday. These are the five ingredients for relieving
a dry cough. It is easy to make and very nature friendly like our body.
Dry cough home remedy
• 1/4
teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4
teaspoon ground ginger
• 1
Tablespoon honey
• 1
Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 2
Tablespoons water
Mix all the ingredients and take by the teaspoon. Take one or two or three
teaspoon, depending on the severity of your condition. I have tried 3 teaspoon
at one time because my dry cough was so bad, my back hurts everytime I cough,
not to mention the headache when flu is setting in my fragile health.
That was easy and simple and I wish you BYE BYE COUGH today.
I have been using this and always have good results, especially when I was
desperate for sleep.
Would like to hear from you so please feedback me with your
experience. Thanks!
