The human bodies do have some areas where it can eliminate toxins everyday. You will notice a few key areas start sweating like behind the knees, armpits, areas that touched skin and are hidden like the groin area when you are active. In fact, the whole body perspires when working out really hard. The purpose of sweating is to eliminate Toxins out of our body to clean up and it is good for us. I believe so.
