That was kind of a dilemma to me Then, I discovered this pumice bar in a dollar store one time and it works well. It does take a lot of scrubbing but cleans all the dark areas of the cookie sheet pan except for the corners. The pumice comes in a bar shape and there is no way to reach the corners, so it remains black/brownish. At least, a little cleaner cookie sheet pans, no more embarrassment to the guest. Until I happen to try this one. It really cleans like new. All you need to do is put about 1/4 cup of baking soda in a small glass bowl and squirt in hydrogen peroxide until it makes a nice paste. Then you rub it on the areas where the dirt/stain/grease spreads, covering it brown and black. You will be amazed at the transformation – from old to new. It’s like a miracle! You can just use your fingers or a small sponge cloth to rub
